From the friendliness and thoroughness of the person scheduling appointments to the ease of checking in to seeing the hygienist, the doctor and finally the insurance/scheduler, I was treated with kindness and respect. Each step of the visit was carefully orchestrated to move the process forward, yet done with grace. Everything was explained clearly and ample time for questions.
